    Description

    The steam generator electric Titan is intended for production of steam at the enterprises, in the organizations and establishments. Steam boiler AKVE Titan can be used both in heating systems and for heat treatment of materials and products, removal of contaminants, sterilization, drying and other similar processes.

    The AKVE Titan steam generator is manufactured with a steam capacity from 11 to 575 kg/h, a power from 9 to 450 kW, and a maximum pressure of up to 8, 10 or 15 bar.

    Steam generators are manufactured in two types:

    • with electromechanical switching (starters);
    • with electronic switching (thyristors).

    The mandatory set of Titan steam generators includes:

    • working electrocontact manometer;
    • control electrocontact manometer;
    • network pressure gauge;
    • safety valve;
    • Check Valve;
    • electrohydro valve;
    • temperature limiter with independent release;
    • temperature indicator.

    All models of steam boilers AKVE Titan are equipped with a soft start and stop system, which allows you to avoid sudden current surges in the supply network.

    Steam generators are tested in the conditions of the enterprise “Titan”. If necessary, additional adjustment and the first start-up of the steam generator in the customer’s conditions are carried out. The cost of this service is determined individually.

    The warranty period for the Titan steam generator is 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate. Warranty obligation for heating elements – 6 months. The manufacturer reserves the right to make structural changes to the device that in no way impair its performance.
