What should I do if the product does not fit or I do not like it?
– Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days after purchase you can exchange or return the goods. This right is guaranteed to every buyer by the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
In order to exchange or return, the following points must be met:
- The product was not in use and has no signs of operation;
- The product is fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not broken;
- Saved all labels and factory markings;
- You have a complete list of documents issued by the seller.
Are all points met? So you can send the goods to us. Payment for delivery services of exchanged and returned goods is carried out by the buyer.
After receiving and inspecting the goods, a decision will be made:
- refund in the equivalent of the value of the goods at the time of purchase;
- return of goods if any of the above points is not fulfilled. In this case, the buyer also pays for shipping. Therefore, we recommend that you check the conformity of the goods with these points before shipping.
Please note: returns and exchanges are very rare with us! Because our managers always select the most suitable model for each customer. We take into account your wishes, tasks and budget.
But if it suddenly happened that the goods did not fit, then we always go forward and individually approach each such case.
What should I do if the product is damaged?
– Can I return or exchange an item if it is damaged?
Attention!
- If the damage to the goods occurred due to the fault of the courier service, but you took the goods from the office, then we will not be able to return or exchange it.
- ALWAYS check the integrity of the packaging, goods and equipment in the courier service department.
If the packaging of the product or the product itself is damaged, you will notice this when checking. If your parcel is missing components or goods, you will notice it. If any of this happened, do not take the package!
Why?
- Each parcel is checked before sending, and then insured for the full value.
- If you pick up the parcel from the office, you thereby confirm that the delivery service has delivered your order in full, without damage.
- If nothing happened to the parcel, that’s very good. Otherwise, we will not be able to return or exchange the product.
What to do?
- Be sure to check the integrity and completeness of your order. You have every right to do so! If a service employee says otherwise, then he is wrong. Please check the package.
- If you find damage to the package, product or missing components, refuse to receive the package and contact us.
- Having understood the situation, we will take action. Then we will solve the problem already with the delivery service, and we will send the goods to you again. Checking the goods will take you just a few minutes, and proceedings in case of trouble will then take many times more time!
If you did not inspect the parcel or took it away, noticing damage, then the goods may not be subject to exchange and return.
How to get warranty service and repair?
If the item under warranty is broken or damaged, you can get a warranty repair. Call us, we will understand the problem and tell you how to be and where to send the goods.
Before sending, be sure to make sure that you have fulfilled all the warranty obligations provided by the manufacturer. If you violate these obligations, the manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty service.
